We include (for free) a complimentary tool kit with every order to help you adjust the strap properly and easily.

Since our watches are custom-made and hand-assembled, here are the details regarding our processing and shipping times:

• Assembly: 2-4 working days (custom-made & hand-assembled)
• Quality Testing: 1-3 working days
• Shipping: 2-7 working days (depending on destination)
  

Once your watch is shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via email.
