This warranty covers the functionality of watches assembled and sold by RF-Watchmod, including any parts used in their assembly.
The Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Parts and labor necessary to address defects.

Movements that have stopped working and have not been exposed to external damage or mishandling.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period is 2 years from the original purchase date by the first consumer purchaser.
What Is Covered:

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. If the functionality of your watch fails, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no charge.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.

Damage from customer-initiated modifications or opening the watch casing.

Failure to follow instructions in the product manual or accompanying materials.

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and discoloration.

Water ingress or the watch being submerged (unless you selected the upgraded water resistance option at purchase).
How to Claim Warranty:

Proof of Purchase:
You will be required to provide the original proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt. -
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the defective product to us. -
Service Process:
Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect the watch and work with you to determine the best course of action. In cases where the issue is minor, we may suggest sending the watch to a local watchmaker or jeweler for a quicker fix. If the issue requires inspection, we will handle it directly.
Customer Agreement:
Once the customer contacts us with the necessary proof, we will review the situation together and come to an agreement. In some cases, if the problem is minor, we can cover the cost of a local repair. Otherwise, we will handle the issue ourselves, ensuring the most optimal solution for both parties in terms of time and resources.
Limitation of Liability:
RF-Watchmod will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or any breach of this warranty. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed Warranty.
Changes to the Warranty Policy:
RF-Watchmod reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our official website and become effective immediately.
